How do I determine the right size for a wetsuit or trisuit?
We provide detailed size charts on every product page. Since compression is key for performance, we recommend measuring your chest, waist, and hips. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up for comfort or sizing down for a competitive aero fit.
What is your return policy on technical sports gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and undergarments must have the protective liner intact.
How long does shipping take for international orders?
Standard international shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. We also offer express shipping options at checkout which can deliver your gear within 3-5 business days globally.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all high-performance gear at TheTriWorld comes with a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover standard wear and tear from training or racing.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery progress in real-time.
