Package Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all technical manuals, tags, and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your request confirmation to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the gear meets our return standards, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
